Though we reside at and rent VILLA MARGUERITAVILLE on the Waterway in Lauderdale, privacy is important to us.

Reviews/ Thank you

I am writing to thank you for the opportunity to rent your villa. We had a very relaxing and comfortable time while we were there. The property was extremely well kept and maintained. If ever we decide to come back to Ft.Lauderdale, we will certainly strongly consider renting the same place.

Thomas was very considerate and quick to respond to our needs when we had any issues, which were few and small.

My stay at the house was a extremely pleasurable in every way. The beautiful pool area in the back of the house overlooking the water way is the perfect spot to have a coffee in the morning as the sunrise peeks though the tropical palms. The interior of the house is spotless and demonstrates a pride in ownership and a genuine interest in the well-being and comfort of the guest. The water views are spectacular and visible from almost every area of the house.  Also the upscale Galleria Mall is within  a five minute car ride. A true home away from home. Steve B.

We stayed in the house for in mid-January and it surpassed our expectations to help us enjoy a brilliant holiday. The house is in a really quiet and secluded location but close to all major road links making it a great base to explore. The house is fantastically well equipped with everything you could possibly need and it is immaculately clean, which helped make it feel like a home from home.   The owner went out of her way to help us as we booked last-minute and was always prompt with any requests.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house and hopefully one day we'll be back.  Matt

Fort Lauderdale

Venice of the Americas

Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and miles of boating canals. The Strip is a popular promenade running along oceanside highway A1A. Once the site of raucous spring break parties, the Strip is now lined in upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. Port Everglades, in nearby Hollywood, is among the world's busiest cruise terminals.

Beaches, Shopping, Arts & Culture

Fort Lauderdale is famous for its beaches, arts, culture and events. From shopping on Las Olas Boulevard, to gondola rides on the canals, to a historic riverfront. Just two miles north of Port Everglades, you can experience a landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and brick paved path.

Across the street, visit luxury hotels, and enjoy shopping or dining or a narrated 90-minute amphibious tour of quaint Las Olas Boulevard, historical districts, and the mansions and yachts dotting Millionaires Row. Stop at the Stranahan House, a preserved 1900s home furnished with antiques of the era. Or "follow the red brick road" of Riverwalk, the landscaped park, to the Arts and Entertainment District. Trying to stay fit? Dive into the Atlantic, hike into the Everglades or enjoy a workout and healthy fare at a resort spa.
